Biography
Emma graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in Comparative Literature. After graduating, she worked at a technology and clean energy company in Boston, where she started to develop a passion for data analysis. Later, while working as an advocate at a domestic violence shelter, she deepened her understanding of trauma recovery.
Emma’s research interests include trauma recovery, criminal justice, and how identity affects experiences of interpersonal violence.
